Staff : The school has on its rolls qualified and committed staff with a number of them having a long experience of teaching in various good schools. The management encourages the staff to improve their professional skills, and wherever possible teachers are sent to attend workshops and seminars. They are expected to be innovative and interactive in their teaching.

Approach : Ours is a direct approach in the class-room with the teacher establishing a one-to-one contact with the student. There is adequate stress on the interactive and participative approach in the teaching-learning process. Students are encouraged to speak up in the class rather than be passive recipients of the academic instruction.

Monthly Tests : Every Month there is a test in each subject to check how the lessons are going down in the class as well as how seriously the children are applying themselves to grasp and learn from what is being taught. The determinant factors in the fortnightly assessment are industry, achievement and efficiency. The results are made available online in the Parents Zone where parents can view the academic status of their child.

Terminal Exams : Along with Monthly tests, the school has two terminal exams in a year. In keeping with our concept of continuous comprehensive evaluation, promotion to the next higher class is based on the child's overall performance during the year rather than on one or two exams.

Use of Library and Internet: Students are encouraged to make use of the Library and the Internet to look for any additional information they might require in their day-to-day studies. Library periods are incorporated in the regular academic time-table as well as in children's spare time activities (STA) schedule so that every child gets to visit the library at least twice a week. The library is kept open for 18 hours.

Admission open for academic session 2009-10 for classes I-IX and class XI.
